Each one is written when the invoice is paid and becomes available 30 days later, once the refund window has closed.

Share your link. Anyone who uses it starts with extra credits, so it is worth clicking on its own.
Get paid. Commission is written when they pay, held 30 days against refunds, then sent on request.
Paid on what they actually pay
Commission is calculated on what Stripe collected, after any discount — so a fully discounted invoice earns nothing, and a refund is taken back. It is paid on the first invoice whatever that invoice covers, which means somebody who takes the yearly plan is worth about ten times somebody who pays monthly. We would rather you sent people there anyway.
