By accessing and using the Drevial dream interpretation service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Drevial provides personalized dream interpretations based on the information you submit, using third-party AI language models as described in our Privacy Policy. The interpretations are intended for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice.
Drevial Pro is an optional subscription. Reading a dream, and opening the whole of that reading with a free account, costs nothing.
A subscription is billed monthly or yearly, whichever you choose, in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal and nothing else: your access continues until the period you have already paid for ends, and your dream journal remains yours whether you subscribe or not.
Each period deposits a number of credits, which are what the AI features spend. A yearly subscription deposits each month's credits at the start of that month rather than all at once. Credits do not expire while your account exists. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.
Because a subscription gives immediate access to digital content, you expressly request that we begin providing it at once and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once we have. Where the law of your country gives you refund or cancellation rights that cannot be waived, those rights are not affected. Prices may change; a change only takes effect from your next renewal, and we will tell you before it does.
The Service, including its content (text, graphics, logos, AI models, reports structure), and underlying technology, are the property of Drevial or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service and your generated report for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Drevial makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the interpretations or the Service itself. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Service is at your own risk. The interpretations provided are subjective and should not be solely relied upon for making significant life decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drevial, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
